Curtis, Ryan, CJ, and staff do everything they can to take care of our needs at an TOP QUALITY level. They can work you in for emergency repairs or schedule you as it fits your your time frame. You will not find a better quality, family run, hometown business. They are definately a 5 star operation.

Started heading home to KC from Colby when our van started shaking. We had just gotten new tires before going on our trip to Colby so we were pretty concerned about what could possibly be wrong. We pulled into Great Western Tire for assistance. We were treated well and squeezed in very quickly. The woman up front made sure we were taken care of. Red did an awesome job of assessing our issue and getting us back on the road safely and quickly. He even let our boys watch him thru the window so they could see how everything worked. We are grateful for the quick turn around and awesome service. Thank you!
While driving though Kansas in our motorhome, we stopped in Colby and discovered the rear tire had picked up a screw and was leaking air. We spent the night in Colby and drove to Great Western Tire in the morning. They took the motorhome in right away, patched the flat tire, and got us back on the road as quickly as possible. Every employee we encountered was friendly, professional, and on the ball. Special thanks to manager Steve Wolf, tire technician Barry, and the nice lady at the front desk. Great Western Tire really is great!
